Our first session is the longest so that we may get to know each other as well as give me some insights into your life, your history, and your current lifestyle and health needs. At the end of this session I will explain to you what I consider to be the key issues and whether or not I am able to help. If I feel I am able to be of service, and you want to work with me, I will design a customized plan to help you resolve your health issues and attain your goals.

Depending on your particular needs, subsequent sessions will be either weekly or every other week.
